Justice For Jay

"Justice will only be achieved when those who are not injured by crime
feel as indignant as those who are."
- King Solomon

And They Call This Justice?

no justice

The justice system is far from what you've been taught to believe that it was. It is cruel, harsh, unjust, and designed to protect the rights of the criminal.

I wish that we had some good news to offer, but we don't. Instead, we will do our best to share what we learn with you, based on our own experience, in hopes that you can do better in your efforts for justice on behalf of your loved one.

We will continually update this page in an effort to keep you informed as we educate ourselves.

What's Wrong WIth This Picture?

If you'll look towards the end of this article you'll see that in 1984 Timmy Wayne Forsyth was sentenced to 30 days in jail for assaulting Jay by hitting him in the face. His 30 day sentence would be served after the 10 years that he was sentenced to for another assault earlier that day.
19 years later, Brogan and Urban killed Jay and got a suspended sentence.
