I am so sorry. I have been a rider and a CASA volunteer for some time. I see alot of wrong in our Justice system on a nearly daily basis. This violation of Jay's Life/Death/Memory is the one of the most flagrant yet. I am truly sorry. Todd
God is the ultimate Judge. I need to know nothing escapes his eye. Jay is "Home" now.

I wish I had a chance to meet your brother as much as I wish you had a chance to meet mine. We are all puppets in God's master plan. Look to him for the answers you might seek. You are a great person with extraordinary talent. Keep your head up and look to one closest to you for support and guidance.

I would like to express my sincerest sorrow for the loss of Jay. The Myrtle Beach Police Department's lack of acceptance and respect for the life of another motorcyclist is unacceptable and criminal. I will not support the Myrtle Beach Rally and will tell everyone I meet to remember Jay and the treatment that your family has received after his death.
