Mark Daniel Urban Does Real Time

Judge Steven John sounded extremely angry as he reprimanded Urban for violating the priviledge of probation. Judge John then revoked Mark Daniel Urban's suspended sentence and five year probation and sentenced him to five years confinement and when released an additional five years probation.
Who says some Justice doesn't help?!







Mark Daniel Urban - CAPTURED

We have learned that at approximately 2:40pm today (October 1, 2004), Mark Daniel Urban was incarcerated at South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, WV.

South Carolina had issued a warrant for Urban's arrest for Probation Violation and promised extradiction. He was listed in the NCIC (National Crime Information Center database) as a fugitive from justice.

He will, at some time, be transported to Long Detention Center in Horry County, Conway, SC , at which time he will be given a bond hearing and could potentially be bonded out, even though he has evaded current warrants for his arrest in WV that are still pending.

He will later be scheduled for trial in Horry County General Sessions Court.
